The Stafford County Virginia Democratic Committee exists to facilitate and encourage participation of all residents in choosing their political destiny.

As a member of the Stafford County Virginia Democratic Committee, there are many ways that you can participate in electing Democrats and supporting Democratic Party campaigns and events, among them:  organizing fundraisers, sponsoring forums and candidate debates, distributing literature, canvassing neighborhoods and getting-out-the-vote, mentoring “Young Democrats” at our local schools’ civic organizations, and writing letters to the editor of local papers to support our candidates and our issues.

We also sponsor a variety of community service projects.

The Stafford County Virginia Democratic Committee meets on the second Saturday of the month at 9:30 am in the Stafford County Government Center (Rooms A/B/C).  Our next meeting is on May 10, 2008.  We look forward to meeting you!
